New Zealand is famous for its scenery and if the North Island with its Beaches, Mountain Trio at the Tongariro National Park and its geothermal properties of the Rotorua district are considered wonderful but they do not compare with the beauty of the South Island. Its beauty carries through all four seasons and changes almost around every corner. Christchurch and Dunedin a beautiful cities but they are overshadowed by the huge Mountain spine, the Southern Alps with Mt Cook and the many Glaciers. At the Southern region you have the Fiordland National Park and Milford and many other sounds. This is a world Heritage are.
